One thing I didn't like while I was there, was that they pressured me to follow their preference in care and would not do any procedures unless it was exactly as THEY wanted. They gave no leeway or consideration to my personal needs/preferences. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. The overall atmosphere of the office is extremely pleasant and friendly. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. I will go back because there are very few choices in this area. They made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly.
