They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I thought the staff was friendly. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

I'm usually somewhat tense going to the dentist but Dr.Marrow was so considerate of my pain and he is gentle. The office is comfortable and clean. The girls are polite, I've never waited more than 3-5 minutes. There was lots of available parking at their office. I would definitely recommend him to my grown children and friends.
