No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive

Absolutely, they were an expert!

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They've never used foul language They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous and eager to explain what they were doing. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
