They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

The Doctors and Assistants were fine, it is the Staff/Receptionist that I have a problem with. When you are faced with a list of over $3000 Dollars worth of procedures when all is finished, you think the people at the front could help you when you tell them that you cannot pay more than 400 Dollars each visit.

They just looked at me like I spoke another language.

Now you think Doctor Beech could help you also by only doing just a few procedures at a time so that you can pay only $400 or so per month.

I am on a fixed income, I have not been back over to Family Dentistry because they wouldn't answer my questions about paying them.

I might be back, I have no problem with the Doctors competency, just how the heck am I going to pay these bill. I have the best 2 Dental Insurances money can buy, it is the out of pocket cost that Family Dentistry is being weird about.

I still have to eat on one side of my mouth because my fillings are cracked.

So, I might be back, if everything would stop breaking at home and I can save some money up.

This may be the best dentist in the world; I wouldn't know as I never got in to see one. I called their number and made an appointment and then showed up at the address I was provided only to find it was the wrong office. I had a server abcess, my face was swollen, and I had a temp. They refused to see me at either office even though it is printed on door that emergency cases WILL be seen same day. The office I was at lied to me and told me the other office would see me if I went over there. This was a Sat. and no other offices were open that I could find. I miised a whole day of work becuae I then had to go to the ER to get meds. Was perscribed 2000mg of penecillian a day for 10 days due to severity of infection. I will NEVER make another appointment with these peopel and I am filing a complaint with my insurance provider.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.
