Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Does this provider offer flexible appointment times?
Absolutely! I never have a problem!

Their staff was not friendly or efficient at all, I didn't feel welcome there. The Doctors are great - the staff not so much.
