Dr. Hammett is a good doctor who listens to patients and really cares. But I've been frustrated numerous times because I simply can't get in to see her! If anyone even answers the phone (and sometimes I will call for days and never get through, and can't leave a message), I generally can't get an appointment for days or even weeks. I end up going to an urgent care center for most of my health needs because I can rarely get an appointment. For this reason, I'll be switching PCPs -- which is too bad, because when I DO get in for a visit, Dr. Hammett is great.

No, there was no annoying music

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office?
Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
