The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

Dr. Poblete saw me when I was suffering from severe bronchitis. He took the time to talk with me about my symptoms and then treated aggressively based on my answers. I had a followup in a week and he promptly sent me to a specialist... good thing because this bronchitis has lingered and I've been sick for 6 weeks now. *I* wouldn't have realized I needed a specialist until much later in the process. I'm very happy to recommend Dr. Poblete to other people, in fact I've taken my college age doctor to see him for HER cough as well.

As for the first review, I've always been treated well there, the place smells normal and the waiting room was perfectly comfortable. Can't imagine what his problem might have been.
