Dr. Rooney is one of the most professional and expert dentists I've ever visited. He is incredibly friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. I've trusted him with our whole family's dentistry needs for years. He expects the best from his staff, and they definitely deliver the very best care. They are some of the friendliest you'll find in Indianapolis! I used to be terrified of having dental work done, but Dr. Rooney and his staff can always put my mind at ease and make dental work as enjoyable as possible!

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything.

My whole family has gone to Dr. Rooney for MANY years (20+) and have always been treated well. He even takes extra time with my dad who really stresses about going to the dentist. I have referred several friends to him over the years and they have also been very happy with the care they received. Everyone on staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I really can't say enough good things about this place!
