I visited the Lowell office previously, and the visit was fine. I had a crown placed, and the procedure was horrible. I usually have a fairly high pain tolerance, but this bad. Recently I have tried to contact the office and nobody answers. Either the office hours should be updated on the voice message or they need an answering service!
