The dental chair I sat in during my procedure wasn't too great. Myneckwas really sore after my procedure. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options taking into consideration my financial situation. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I was given the names of two orthodontists as my son will eventually need braces. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
