They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly. I felt like my needs were met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. HOWEVER, they quoted me a dollar amount before their work and then billed me for over $90 more afterward. My requests for remedy of this shady practice were unheeded.
