They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They proceeded to extract a tooth when I wasn't even numb. When I yelled they got mad and said I was scaring the kids. I told them I could feel what they were doing, she said "well you're going to feel pressure." I was like lady, that's not pressure, that's a tooth getting ripped out of my head. Then the old dentist came in, jabbed another needle into me mouth hurt like hell and heard a loud "pop", then sprayed the nasty tasting novacaine around my mouth without a warning. I wasn't afraid of a dentist before this experience and now I am terrified. I have since had other wisdom teeth removed elsewhere w/o any problems and healed up alot faster too.
