I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. The waiting room had everything my child could ask for. TV's, toys, magazines.... and not just for younger kids but for adolescents as well. The chairs in their waiting room were some of the best I’ve ever seen. My kid almost almost dozed off while waiting to see the pediatrician.

Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. All the parents in my community respect them, and recommended that I bring my child there.
