I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
Was the waiting area spacious?
No, multiple people had to stand
