No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I went in for two extractions, and I'm completely happy with my outcome. They got the teeth out very quickly and the whole time talked to me about what they were doing and what I might experience throughout the procedure. They were even careful about the pain meds to prescribe me because of a previous drug addiction I had years ago (no worries, clean now!).

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. I went in to have my tooth pulled and ended up going to an oral surgeon to have my sinus repaired. The Dr was very uncaring and did nothing to help me and left me with a hole in my mouth. I would not recommend this dentist, The office staff is rude. I would give this Dental Group no stars.

I've been going to this office for a few years now. The dentist is great and April is also. I don't know all the staff but I've dealt with both of them from the start and they are excellent. I had a very bad experience about 16 months ago with the new hygenist. I've never hurt so bad to have my teeth checked. But, I got brave enough to call April because I really needed to get my teeth cleaned and checked. Lucky for me they have more than one hygenist. I think she is new her name is Lindsey!! She was wonderful I called her gentle hands. I'm 49 years old and never had the experience I had 16 months not even with a filling, cap or anything has never hurt me as bad as having my teeth checked that day.

I would definitely recommend them to others. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed during the appt. Their staff is very friendly and professional.
