I was an athlete in need of ACL reconstruction. He told to give up athletics because I couldn't make any money off of it. That should have tipped me off, but I didn't know any better and had him do it anyway. I felt great until my graft failed at the 11-month mark. After being told by Dr. Patel to stop working out and just start eating less, I went to one of the top sports physicians (professional team) in the area and he told me it failed because Dr. Patel set the graft at a much too straight angle. I now have had 3 additional knee surgeries in hopes of correcting the damage that Dr. Patel has done.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.
