They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. I had my hip replaced 18 months ago and it has dislocated twice. He has no concern. Dislocation is very very painful.Its like having the initial surgery
