Their staff is very friendly and professional. The fillings and crowns I got only lasted a couple of weeks. They didn't do a very good job putting them on. One thing I didn't like while I was there, was that they pressured me a little too much to get dental procedures that I didn't think were necessary.

Not at all! They were very gentle and careful

I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my son's situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I thought. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. They barely spoke to me and made it clear that I, as a parent, wasn't welcome in the exam room. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. To top it all, as a new client, the dentist couldn't even be bothered to come out and speak to me and welcome my son or thank me for choosing her practice (which is almost an hour drive from our home!). What a shame.

Definitely not, and when I arrived they had forgotten that I had an appointment

No, I didn't receive anything at all

Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding

No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances

Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients

A little, but I wish they had explained it more thoroughly
