I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.

Dr. Pappas has been great with dealing with both my child and us as parents. You do not feel rushed at appointments. He seems to understand the issues at hand and how they apply also through parenting. We feel that we have a solid treatment plan with explanations as to plan a and plan b. He never seems offened by though questions.
