I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

Dr. Richard Hastings is an impatient, unprofessional man. I am sad that my mom had to be treated the way she did. He ignored her questions, was rude, and at one point- even hung up on her. Really? Should this man be trusted? Can he be?
