The office was easy enough to find. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. The staff is very helpful and I didn't have to wait long after I arrived for my appointment. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I would recommend Dr. Needham to anyone.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
