I was so impressed with them, that I've already been recommending them to everyone I know. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I really appreciated that they didn’t rush my appointment. I’ve been other places that only spent a few minutes with me, but they didn’t do that here. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

I was a patient of Dr. Terry Nicola's for rehab services until I relocated away from Chicago, and even after my relocation when possible. He and his staff kept me walking, when other physicians wanted to operate on me. - I believe needlessly. So, I feel that Dr. Nicola and his staff helped me avoid unnecessary surgery and improved my quality of life and my capacity to continue working. They didn't leave me unattended once during my appointments. They were attentive and helpful the entire time I was there. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain.

They make an extra effort to never cancel my appointments. I know I can always count on them to follow through. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They were one of the most knowledgeable doctor's I've ever met, and were able to answer every single one of my questions.

It took me quite a while to make my first appointment with them. After that, it was easy to get in. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
