Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment.

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
