They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. My son has been seeing Dr Nagpal for years for Crohn's disease; he is the most compassionate doctor. He listens to my son when he has questions about his disease, and he has always been there for him. He always calls to check to see how my son is and if everything is okay I couldn't ask for a better doctor. My son can call him any time if he has concerns. Also the office staff and nurses are terrific and wait time is never an issue....sometimes there are emergencies and we all know that..and if he is behind I know he is giving at child the time and attention that he has given mine...After all patients is a virtue. Thank you Dr Nagpal for taking such good care of my son. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

In hospital experience. Questions not answered because he did not call back and left parent information to be communicated by Residents on staff. His listening skills are quite poor and bedside manner with my child was quite frightening in its limitations. I am a retired RN and will not return to this doctor. Technically, this doctor is very good in the performance of endoscopy, but so are many doctors. I question the diagnosis given my son due to his symptoms not fitting what was chosen. As other parents have experienced, he tends to put children into categories of diagnosis that are "emotional based." My son has autism. No stone should go unturned in diagnostics including MRI due to the limitations in my son's communication and his unique neurology. A neuro consult should have been done immediately (both of which I requested and Dr. Nagpal refused.) This Dr. Nagpal even suggested the symptoms in the abdomen may be due to Tourette Syndrome. ??? There are dystonic tics which can occur causing abdominal spasm, but not quite fitting in this case. Why then not a neuro consult. My son continues to have pain and we will not return to Hope Hospital only because of the chance this doctor would be on the case. He does not listen and dismisses parents questions with an arrogance that defies words.
