They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.

After they took x-rays Dr. Wasserman said I needed to replace two crowns. Since I was not having any discomfort with them I got two other opinions, one dentist said both crowns would probably last at least 2 or 3 more years, the other said I possibly only needed to replace one.

The equipment in the exam room was old, one apparatus even had rust on it. On top of this when I requested my original x-rays (copies don’t have good detail in them) they said I could only get copies for $20.

This is the first dentist I’ve ever had that wanted money for x-rays to take to another dentist, all the others gladly gave me the originals or copies. One even e-mailed them to my new dentist without charge.
Where’s the logic in keeping x-rays that will never be used again, duh.

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
