They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I do refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. Delays were minor. I never had to wait for them to show up. Their office was nice, not loud. It's What you would expect at a family practice.
