They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. They appeared rushed with the whole process. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern; I felt I was part of a number system.

>> Their BiteWing X-Rays will hurt you because the plastic inserts placed in your mouth have sharp edges, and are a bit too large for humans.

>> Even though they had my full panoramic x-ray on screen, they failed to review or offer any feedback on it; seemed like it was just about taking my money...hmmm, and quickly inquiring when I wanted to schedule again.

The office was easy enough to find. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time.
The Dentist was even searching patient charts as though she could not afford extra help. I wasn't told anything about my dental procedure. I'll have to do my own research, they were ignorant in my opinion. They did insist on "extra visits" and services regardless of Insurance Coverage. The Dentist appeared preoccupied with stress, and was barely functionable Thank you. Anthony

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable
