I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
