The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Their office was nice and quiet. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
