I had a recurrent lesion on my face and had been treated many times by a dermatologist in Florida. When I visited my daughter in Naperville, she brought me to Dr. Raab. He took care of it right then and it has never come back. This was 5 years ago, and my 90 year old face has no scar and no cancer! Thanks Dr. Raab.
My local dermatologist told me that the only way to really get rid of my rosacea was to get laser treatments. I was spending lots of money on creams that weren't working. I did alot of research on the Internet and chose Dr. Raab because of his superior qualifications. He's young enough to be aware of state-of-the-art treatments, but old enough to have the experience to know exactly what treatment I needed. He is not a Hollywood-type person who is going to "schmooze" with you, but he definitely knows his field of expertise. You can trust that he will give you the best treatment for your problem. The Internet stated that it takes 4-5 treatments to get rid of rosacea, but Dr. Raab accomplished it in only 3 AFT treatments! As an added bonus, the laser got rid of my brown age spots and virtually erased a brand new scar on my face from 15 stitches done after Moh's surgery! I couldn't be happier with the results! Is it pricey? Yes. Is it worth it? Most definitely!
My husband and I have been patients of Dr.Raab for six years and he has treated us both for various reasons - always with good results . I have referred him to family and friends and they have all been pleased. We have found him to give his time and always be concerned. Not difficult to get an appointement either which is good .
I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time today to have "Dr." Raab not make any appologies for the inconvenience, take less than 5 seconds to examine me, and then belittle me when I brought up concern about his brush off. I was sent based on the referal of a primary care doctor and a seperate dermatologist (who I didn't use because they were very pricey), both of whom stated that I had a melanoma mole that was to be removed entirely. He claimed that they didn't know what they were talking about in a VERY arrogant manner, told me I didn't know what I was talking about, and in short seemed to have more than just a slight God complex. Once I expressed my apprehension of leaving the office without getting my two-toned mole removed, he suggested that I had most of the rest of my moles removed, just in case I was nervous about those too! Clearly, "Dr." Raab is in this business for the MONEY, not to help people as a doctor should. Oh, and I did get another opinion in which the mole was removed and was much larger (and cancerous) under the skin.
SO- IF YOU WANT TO BE MISDIAGNOSED AND LEAVE YOUR CANCER UNTREATED DUE TO POOR TIME MANAGEMENT AND PEOPLE SKILLS, THEN BY ALL MEANS ENJOY!!!!!!!!
