Dr. Olmstead is a very insightful, community minded person who takes people's life concerns seriously. He is also impressively concerned about our community and state's dermatological health concerns. He was VERY knowledgeable about the dermatology trends peculiar to our atmosphere in So. Idaho. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I told everyone how great they were the first chance I got. I have never had better service or care at any other dermatologist. Thanks!!!!!! S.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.
