They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. Their office was extremely loud, I felt like I was going to go deaf. I couldn't hear anything that anyone was saying over the blaring noise. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
