Was very good overall. Doctor clamped my left eye a bit tight and left some bruising but other than that no complaints.

So far the experience has been excellent. Dr. Hays and his staff are very patient oriented, professional, and helpful in understanding procedures and answering questions. Staff should be reminded about wiping down surfaces before using equipment on each patient. But no need to remind Tabitha - she always remembers to disinfect the surfaces.

Cannot remember her name exactly, I believe her first name was Sandy. She was the doctor who took such care explaining the procedures, even after I asked the same question over. She was awesome

Well the experience waiting to see the surgeon was a little too long, once you are in back being prepped for the surgery should have to only wait 20 or 30 mins not over a hour lying there. Once after your eye surgery you should tell all the things you may experience. I had a late surgery day, I would have liked a call from a nurse that evening to see how I was doing not the next day. .
