They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

My visit at Flagler dentist has been an ongoing tragedy. I have had a few selected extractions which the dentist actually started to pull out the wrong tooth until the attendent told him he wass pulling the wrong tooth, by this time he had already cracked it and asked me what I wanted to do, I was literally in awe, what was I suppose to say , leave it in so I will be in pain(lol)No, I said to finish pulling it out since it was cracked I heard the cracking from the tool.So instead of one tooth removed I had 2 removed and then he proceeded to tell me that this tooths roots look like I grind my teeth and would have needed work eventually(what!)How can he get all that from a root, maybe u can but I felt no pain from that tooth nor did I see what he was trying to point out. I've seen bad molars before and this did not look bad. Then I was not allowed to keep the tooth, so I could have it checked by another dentist,HMMM. The good thing is aI didn't have to pay for that tooth, OMG, Really, Ya think, I didn't even want that tooth pulled nor was it ever scheduled to be pulled.I had asked about a front tooth that is cracked and at first the dentist recommended getting it crowned and the nurse as well, then after this incident he suggest that it be pulled because a crown may not last and now the tooth in the front looks more cracked then before,I don't know, his reasoning. I just wanted to have a couple bad teeth pulled and get partials, for my top teeth, they suggested upper and lowers. Today I had an appointment for the extraction on the front tooth(suggested by the dentist and to finally recieve my partials , unfortunitly I was runnung behind but made it just passed Airport rode and called them to inform them I was on my way but running behing at 9:26am, my appointment at 9:30am, Jennifer stated that I would not be there in time and they would not take me and I would have to reschedule(what?) I thought u can be 15mins late to an appointment so I figured iwth my driving I could make it, she insisted I reschedule for another 3 weeks away. Now, Im running around with a cracked tooth, extra missing teeth and a half of smile, looking great (not) I dont smile because I dont want people to think Im a wino with no teeth. They did inform that the dont like there patients walking around with no teeth, HELLO. NO TEETH HERE, the least the can do is try to get me in even if Im running slightly behind, Im coming from out of town , just to be shot down , they act as if it is my fault they screwed up my teeth. Cmon now All I want is my partials and I dont even care about them pulling this tooth in the front for fear they may hit my tooth next to it and crack that one to. That is what I literally think of in there chair now, The dentist is nice, but I belive he is forgetfull, because verytime I come in he is like I worked on you b4, Yeah, u pulled out the wrong tooth remember .
