Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
