Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I love how friendly and welcoming they are here. They always go out of their way to make me feel right at home and comfortable.
