Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I LOVE the Botwins. They don't make you feel guilty or lecture you about your teeth. I used to hate visiting the dentist because they make you feel stupid. Very happy with everyone in the office. Very nice, clean, fast and efficient!

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything.
