They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. The receptionist is not very nice or outgoing. There is a lot of waiting and the service & staff is not very good. Communication is horrible by the staff and the dentist. No proper explaination of procedures or payments due. I had fillings done were not able to rinse and they left cotton my mouth which I found after I got home. In addition the speak Spanish to each other while I was being worked on.

Not only are they recommended by other dentists, other dentists are always calling asking for advice. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. This provider sometimes has promotions going on but only if you ask. You really have to look hard to find coupons. Not only did the crowns, fillings, and veneers I got last for a long time, they lasted way longer than they were supposed to. It was great not having to go in and get them redone all the time. I could tell that they did a fantastic job putting them in.
