They were too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They do not listen with an open mind to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They return my phone calls in a timely manner.

Dr. Coleman is a conventional M.D. If you have questions about healthier, non-conventional options, expect your ideas to be dismissed. Dr. Coleman treated me very condescendingly when I wanted to discuss natural treatments/prescriptions for my daughter. She acted very agitated when I questioned her status quo recommendation of synthetic hormone treatment, even though synthetic hormones have been documented to be linked to cancer & other serious health issues.

Her P.A. didn't know the difference between natural & synthetic hormones.
