Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Dr. Edwards does not rush his appointments. You get as much time as you need. This is very rare in physicians these days.

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
