Dr. Kinsey is amazing! He has always made me feel comfortable and actually listens to what your problems are without making you feel rushed. As far as the front staff and office manager, they are extremely rude and don't care about your problems. When calling the office they don't provide help or suggestions to any of the questions i ask and they never return calls when you leave messages or when they say they will call. This happens on a consistent basis, i even let them know i didn't appreciate them leaving me hanging and waiting around for a phone call that never came but it did NO good!
