Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
