Would not go to Dr. Ernest Beasley III ever again. He was not knowledgeable and can only order tests, but doesn't seem to understand how to read or use the results. Disinterested, hurried, uncaring.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. The dr operated on my hammer tow but ended not solving my problem. The operation was succesful but is what he did not do that caused the problem. Every other Dr. I have visited will not do it the same way. I can't sue him because he did a successful operation on what he did, is just that he did not do the correct complete procedure. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

I have been patient for over 10 years. Even though I only see the doctor once or twice a year he knows me and is interested in seeing that I am feeling my best. He also sees other members of my family.

The office is efficient and well-run. As long as you arrive on time for your appointment, you'll see the doctor in a timely manner. If you're late you may have to reschedule or wait to be worked in.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment

No, I never saw one
