They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Very happy w/ the way he communicated w/ my child and took time for her to understand her diagnoses.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I was so pleased with how friendly this doctor was. Made me feel right at home and so nice!

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
