The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious though I was not concerned. A friend had recommended Dr. Hasan to me so I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.
