I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home

Yes, other dentists refer to him/her when they need advice

Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left

Yes, I could tell they practiced good oral hygiene

Not really, they gave me a little information beforehand but not very much
Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home?
A couple, but not very many
