I had a knee surgery with doctor Choung 6 years ago and never been able to walk again. I got MRSA and while on Vanco therapy find out 5 more patients of his got MRSA too. When doing the fluid extraccion of my knee he didn't clean the area and after he finished he didn't cover or cleaned, he lefted the room and let me bleeding until the nurse came 10 minutes later. I won't recomend this "Doctor" to any one. Really careless.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

I've been looking for an orthopedic surgeon that put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important and I think I found it. They are warm, friendly, and one of the most welcoming offices I've visited. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics.other You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
