I was in excruciating pain during my entire procedure, and I asked for a local anesthetic but they just told me to deal with the pain. They had absolutely no compassion for me. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible. I was in utter agony the whole time they were cleaning my teeth. It was completely unbearable.
