I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

I wasn't pressured here to use any particular medications or birth controls. All my questions were answered and nothing was pushed on me. They knocked before entering the exam room, which I found to be very professional. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

Yes, and waited for me to answer before coming in
