Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit?
Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return.
The front office of about 7 women was run by the doctor's WIFE. She treated the employees very poorly and did so in front of the patients. The doctor's wife also treated the patients poorly. I felt sorry for some of the patients. It was 1 1/2 hr past my appt time before I got to see the doctor, and no apology. The doctor's wife was boisterious, rude to staff, and let the doctor's young children run in and out the doors and throughout the office. The doctor's wife turned up the A/C because she was cold, so everyone in the waiting room was sweating and uncomfortable. The patients complained, but the doctor's wife would not change the thermostat from 80 degree, and believe me it was hotter than that in the lobby.
This Dr. was in my "in-network" insurance referral, however, this iron maiden, bossy, know it all, Dr's wife said I had to file with the insurance myself. I told her not so, that they were "in network" and that in network referrals file the insurance for the patient. I had her call the insurance company and they said yes that I was insured and had met my deductible for the year, but the doctor's WIFE in her stupid wisdom said you can never believe what the insurance company's tell them, so I should pay cash and file myself.
Just a poor experience all around, and poor staff. I left there shaking and upset, and won't go back. The way she treated patients was uncalled for. The patient sitting next to me had been coming there for 12 years 3x a week. That is a racket. I think this is one of those pain mgmt clinics that gives pain mgmt clinics bad names. They are a "money mill". Go at your own risk. BEWARE of this place.
